ACLU Fights for Hell
Filmmaker George Kalman tried to register the name "I Choose Hell Productions" with the state of Pennsylvania. It was rejected because of a state law that prohibits names containing profanity or blasphemy.
The ever-vigilant ACLU filed a lawsuit based on the Bill of Rights; freedom of religion/separation of church and state, and freedom of speech.
Someday someone's going to have to go after that obscene and profane unholy book that talks about hell, bestiality, both outlaws and promotes incest, and promotes genocide.

So which word is profane or blasphemous? My Bible has "I" "choose" and "hell." So it must be the word "productions." That word can be used sexually, can't it?

What do you expect? They tried this in Pennsylvania.

Give em hell, George!

Does that mean they won't broadcast TV shows that have the word "h*ll" in it because it's blasphemous or obscene? That would get rid of just about every televangelist. Even 1960s TV had hell.
Captain Kirk, last line, Emmy Award winning episode "City on the Edge of Forever" by science fiction legend Harlan Ellison:
"Let's get the hell out of here."

You're missing the point. The Blasphemy is not the word "hell" which is of course in the Bible. The blasphemy is that it's "I Choose Hell Productions." If it was "I Choose Heaven Not Hell Productions," they could have used it.
And I know you're talking about the Bible as the obscene book because of the picture. Shame on you! The Bible talks about sin of course because otherwise people wouldn't know what was sin and what wasn't.
But it does NOT promote genocide and incest! It says to love your neighbor as yourself, and that it's a grave sin to have relations with your sister or mother. Don't just make stuff up!

Say Andy, if you think the Bible doesn't promote genocide, you might want to give it a read. The Jews were told by God to go into country and country and kill everybody and take their land. If that's not genocide what is?

If hell were obscene, it would be censored on this blog. See, I read your posting rules first.
