| Lorien Loveshade’s Yule Letter 2008 This is what I did this year! MY COVEN Im still a member of my second coven but its changing. Because Mindy and I live so far away were starting our own branch! We'll be recognized Dec. 21 2008 and I'll be made High Priestess! It's a great honor and also a huge responsibility. But I've been in a coven for over eight years and I learned about Wicca before that. Mindy will be a Priestess and out Initiates will be Caesin-Thurirl who is Emily and Helionix who is Brian. My second coven and my first coven both had very important members move away. Enchantric or Herbie who used to be my boyfriend was still in my first coven, and his grandmother Miss Sasha who was elder priestess in my second coven moved too. Herbie's younger sister Stacy The good part is its because Herbies mother Lena got married to Jani. I went to the wedding which was July 26. COLLEGE Mindy and I started a new college in September. My major was English with a Psychology minor but I changed because I decided I want to be an elementary school teacher! Mindy went to junior college but this is her first year at a four-year college. I dated this year but dont have or want a steady boyfriend. MY HOME I live with Mindy whos my closest friend and of course my cat Mr. Biggles. Its the first time Mindys lived away from her parents so shes still getting used to it. We stayed at her Aunt Hanahs house some while we looked for our own crib. MY FAMILY I'm an aunt! My half brother Benny and half sister Brandy were expecting their baby the day after Christmas but she decided to be a New Year's baby! Anastacia Nyssa was born late on Jan. 1. I wish I was there to see the birth of Staci which is what we call her but at least I got to see it on video. Mommy and my little brother Matthew are living with Luis. Hes cool but I wish theyd get married already. Sometimes Matthew stays with Page and Perry who are Mommy's parents and my grandparents. Daddy lives with a friend. I have other relatives of course but I dont see them very often. KIDS GROUP Mindy and I started a kids group this summer! It was a lot of fun but it was short. Most of the members went to one of our preteen girls retreats. FITNESS CENTER AND DAYCARE CENTER I was working at a Fitness Center with Mindys Mama Ima but I had to quit because my new college is too far away. I work at a day care center which is good for an elementary school teacher! The only prob is that it makes it hard to schedule my classes. EARTHQUAKE I never write about earthquakes but this is the first time I saw damage! The worst part was the figurine my Uncle Oz gave me that represents him fell and broke and cant be fixed. MOVIE SHOOT I got to see the shooting of a movie. Its about time because I know both the stars! MY FRIENDS ADOPTED Vince and Monica adopted a girl named Jessica. Shes 8 years old and really sweet. Shes the younger sister of Randi, Germana whos one of my best friends, Mexi, Austra who calls me Aunt Lorien, and Nether. Have a Great Yule and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! |
